Sadie Saunders – Portrait

Meet Sadie!

Sadie is a young actress with a fearless spirit, an intense work ethic, and a deep passion for storytelling. While she's known off-camera for her bubbly personality and positive energy, she is especially drawn to emotionally grounded stories and strong female characters that challenge her as an artist.

Her love for performance began early through dance, singing, and musical theater before expanding into four years of competitive cheer, where she developed the discipline, stamina, and resilience that continue to shape her approach to acting today. A dedicated athlete, Sadie has also competed in basketball, volleyball, cross country, and track, earning district wins and medals in the 1600 and 2400.

Sadie's artistic path changed when she discovered Shakespeare through The University of Texas at Austin's Shakespeare at Winedale program. Immersing herself in classical text and performance sparked a love for character-driven storytelling and led to a three-city mini tour of Much Ado About Nothing. This season, she was cast as Boyet, continuing to deepen her classical training and love for Shakespeare. That experience ultimately inspired her to pursue acting professionally.

At age 11, Sadie signed with professional representation and quickly began booking commercial projects, including campaigns for national brands, a project that premiered during the Super Bowl, and featured a billboard appearance in Times Square. She has since appeared in both lead and supporting roles in indie and short films while continuing to train extensively in on-camera acting, voice, and dance.

Sadie currently studies with Howard Fine Studios in Los Angeles and trains locally with Acting Studios 101 in Texas. She thrives in the collaborative environment of rehearsals, training rooms, and film sets, and values the sense of community that storytelling creates.

Looking ahead, Sadie hopes to build a career in television and meaningful faith and family centered storytelling. She also dreams of one day becoming a casting director, combining her love of performance with her fascination for the creative process behind the camera.
